Richard Smith sentenced to 20 years for Oaks killing
In Feb. 14-20 issue JAMESTOWN - Brandy Oaks was shot and killed September 24, 2003 and three men accused in the crime were in court this week. Tuesday, Richard Collins and Ottis Foster entered Alford pleas in Russell Circuit Court to the crime of complicity to facilitate murder.
