Lakers downed at Warren East, 43-7

ONLINE UPDATE-Oct. 10

The Lakers, 2-5, traveled to Warren East Friday night looking for a district win, but it was not in the cards as they were beaten 43-7.

The Lakers, playing without offensive threat Landon Meece who was out with a shoulder injury, couldn't find their offensive groove and allowed district foe Warren East to score easily for much of the game.

The Lakers now must regroup, yet again, as they prepare to play the Briar Jumpers of Somerset next week in another tough away game.
