The Links Golf Club at Lily Creek Resort recent match results:

July 29

Playing a Senior Choose-up with 11 three-man teamsand a two better ball net rule.

First place went to Barry Roy, Don Shappley and Keith Sparks 126.

Second place was won by Doyle Wilson, Casper Nehez and Gino Yingst with a 127.

Finishing third was the team of Nolan Pearson, John Irvin and Ruth Thompson with a 129.

In fourth were Ron Zeiss, Ken Blair and Bob Haysley shooting a 129.

July 30

Wednesday was the Ladies Individual competition.

Barb DeWinter was low gross with a 43 and low net was Mary Davis with a 36 while Trish Whelan had the low putt score at 18. Longest putt was made by Trish Whelan and closest to the pin award went to Mary Davis.

Game of the day in round robin competition was Mary Davis in first Barb DeWinter in second and tied for third were Carole Thomas, Trish Whelan and Patty Dorn.

July 31

Five three-player teams were in the senior scramble.

Finishing first was the team of Grancis Hatfield, Kenny Wilson and Sue Hatfield with a score of 60.

In second was the team of Doyle Wilson, Larry Popplewell and Herb Wade with a 62.

August 1

Here are the results from the Friday night couples match, played in alternate-shot style.

First place in gross score went to the team of Jerry and Ruth Thompson with Terry and LeeAnn Grider.

Second went to Sherman Bennett and Mary Davis with Vijay and Michell Jain.

Low putts for the match was taken by Neil and Maralee Patton, with 16.
