Grand Jury returns indictments

JAMESTOWN - The Russell County Grand Jury returned indictments, one sealed, against 11 individuals this month ranging from assault and burglary to wanton endangerment, according to Russell Circuit Court.
Kevin Doyle Wilson, 36, was charged with second degree assault and being a persistent felony offender in the second degree.
Gerald Nelson, 39, was charged with theft by deception of over $300.
Jason Green, 26, was charged with second degree assault, fleeing and evading police in the first degree, reckless driving and two counts of being a persistent felony offender in the first degree.
Bobby Lee Grayson, 29, was charged with 22 counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Darin Cook, 42, was charged with second degree assault.
Pamela Murray, 54, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card of over $100 and theft by unlawful taking of over $300.
David M. Stargle, 36, was charged with first degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of over $300.
Kevin L. Troxtle, 24, was charged with two counts of first degree wanton endangerment, fourth degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Panuncio Tinoco, 31, was charged with flagrant non-support of a child.
James E. Wright, 39, was charged with flagrant non-support of a child and with second degree being a persistent felony offender.
Dennis R. Franklin, 46, was charged with third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking of over $300.
An indictment by the grand jury does not imply guilt but simply means that a jury felt there was enough evidence in the case to warrant a trial.
