Last Saturday the Laker swimmers traveled to Fort Knox to participate in their first meet of the season, the GreenWave Invitational, hosted by Meade County High School.
The Lakers placed second out of 11 teams.
Swimming is both a team and an individual sport. Swimmers are always racing the clock with the hope of beating their fastest time and others in the pool.
Many Laker swimmers swam Personal Best times last weekend. Team Scores and Individual results are listed below.
The first time listed in the results, is seed time and the next, is finish time. The team is looking forward to the E-Town Fall Preview on Nov. 22.
