Joe Garland, 23, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Peggy Davis, 38, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Bradley R. Ferguson, 25, was indicted on charges of receiving stolen property and being as persistent felony offender.
Darrell McCallum, 27, and Tyler L. Brower, 21, were both indicted on 18-counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Jesse Kane Jr., 31, was indicted on the charges of flagrant nonsupport and being a persistent felony offender.
Amy Lynne Mann, 27, was indicted on six charges of allegedly obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Steven Robinson, 49, was indicted on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
Chris Mink, 25, was indicted on a charge of theft by deception of money or property valued over $300.
An indictment is not proof of guilt, but rather the judgment of the grand jury that enough evidence exists for the prosecution to present a case against an individual in the court of law.
