In Feb. 26 IssueTen individuals indicted this week in the regular session of the Russell County Grand Jury.
According to court records, the following persons were named in the indictments:
Dennis McWhorter, 45, was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking and being a persistent felony offender .
Brenda K. Wooldridge, 40, was charged with theft of her ex-husband David Wooldridge’s identity and fraudulent use of a credit card over $100.
Angie F. Passmore, 26, was indicted on four charges of theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence.
Edward Clark Duncan Jr., 40, was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and theft of a credit card.
Daniel Harris, 53, was charged with theft of property delivered by mistake and tampering with physical evidence
Randall Scott Conner, 34, was indicted on two counts of allegedly receiving stolen property.
Randy Crites, age not given, was charged by indictment with theft by deception of property or cash valued in excess of $300.
Lori Morgan Loy, 32, was indicted on seven counts of theft by deception, two counts of receiving stolen property, as well as three counts of being a persistent felony offender.
Christopher Gene Loy, 40, was charged with three counts of theft by deception and one count of receiving stolen property.
Charles D. McClister, 27, was charged with flagrant non-support of a child.
Grand jury indictments are not proof of guilt, but rather are the judgment by that body that enough evidence exists in a case to warrant a trial for the accused.
