Lady Lakers get back into win column

After two disappointing losses to Garrard County and Boyle County last week, Coach Trent Tarter’s Lady Lakers found themselves back in the win column this week after a Tuesday win against rival Casey County.

The ladies picked up a 12-7 victory over the Lady Rebels on Tuesday afternoon at Lady Laker Field.

Lady Laker Chelsee Hadley picked up the win on the mound for Coach Tarter’s squad.

The Lady Lakers hos t the annual Lady Laker Classic this Saturday at Lady Laker Field.

At 9:30 a.m. the ladies take on visiting Marion County and at 11 a.m. visiting Wayne County takes the field to take on Russell County.

Best of luck to the ladies in their classic this weekend.
