The first-ever Independence Day 5k/Fun Run was a success. Organizers said they would like to thank the sponsors for their support: Jamestown Health Care, Duo County Telephone, Dr. Robert Bertram, Russell County Hospital, and Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency.
