Rays bring home the gold

In July 30 Issue

Seven members of the Russell Rays swim team and Coach Lauren Wade attended the Bluegrass State Games held at Shillito Park Lexington on July 25-26.

The Rays competed against swimmers from all over the Commonwealth and returned home with several medals for their effort. Congratulations Rays on representing so well at the BGSG.

The Russell Rays will be hosting the LCSA Conference this Friday and Saturday with five teams competing for the 1st place trophy and bragging rights for the coming year. Come out to the Joseph Smith Hays Memorial Pool at the Russell Springs City Park this weekend.
