In Dec. 31 IssueSeveral of last week’s 14 sealed indictments have come to light, according to reports.
Cherie Killgallin, 45, was charged with 15 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Jessica Dudgeon, 32, and Bonnie Leitch, age 53, were charged with six counts of trafficking in controlled substances
Anthony McClister, 28, is charged with third degree burglary, first degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and with being a persistent felony offender.
Julie Rikard, 29, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and with being a persistent felony offender
As the remaining persons are taken in by authorities their names will also be released.
Last week, the Russell County Grand Jury handed down 14 sealed indictments.
We would like to remind you that an indictment by the Grand Jury does not imply guilt but rather means probable cause was found for charges and further court action is needed to resolve the matters.
