The indictments of six persons were sealed in pursuant to a circuit judge's order and will remain sealed until those named in the indictments are taken into custody by authorities.

Those named in the unsealed indictments include the following persons:

Brittany M. Tucker, 26, was charged with two counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Amy Lynne Mann, 39, was charged with second degree forgery, theft by deception over $500 with being a first degree persistent felony offender.

Trishia L. Satterly, 34, was charged with fraud or false statement in obtaining benefits over $100.

Kevin Taylor, 34, was charged with third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking over $500.

Readers are reminded that indictment by a grand jury is an accusation and does not imply guilt. The indictment indicates the jury believed that enough evidence existed to support the charges that a trial was warranted.
