In March 5 IssueTold Ya So! A friend of mine use to say "I won't tell ya I told ya so, but I'll hum it!"
Well, I've been doing a lot of humming lately.
I met quite a bit of resistance on my assessment of then Candidate Obama and my only regret is that I didn't fight harder. I have to tell folks, in case you haven't noticed, that hope and change thing just isn't working or is it?
Many of us that have been around a while remember another President by the name of Jimmie Carter.
It took two years for Ronald Regan to clean up the mess he left our country in. If we ever needed a strong leader, now is the time!
The civil unrest that is going on in the Middle East is just a small sample of what is to come. Many American's already realize that there is a world wide movement to destroy our very way of life.
For a couple centuries now, people from all over the world have dreamed of coming to America.
For decades now, the youth of those same people are being told that they will never realize the American dream and America is a threat to their future.
"The American Dream" is a term that we are all familiar with. We all have our own definition of what it means and most are similar except for Van Jones.
Jones, a self admitted communist and Obama's former Whitehouse Czar who mysteriously resigned and slipped away into the night has his own definition of the American Dream. Jones has been pushing "Restore the American Dream" rallies across the country, but this idea was actually put together by a leftist council in 2008 where they talked about the "Restore the American Dream" and they did it with Islamicists, radicals, communists and heads of labor unions.
Americans need to understand who is behind and supporting these rallies.
The International Socialist Organization is the group that filed the permits for the rally in Washington D.C. last weekend.
Here is a statement about this organization taken from their website posted on GlennBeck.com and read by Beck on has radio show last week.
"The American dream is social justice and liberation and ultimately a future for a socialist society.
They go on to say the misery that millions of people around the world face is rooted in a society we live in, capitalism, where a few who rule profit from labor of the vast majority of the population.
The U.S. is a in the U.S. a tiny proportion of the population enjoys fantastic wealth, while millions of people live in desperate poverty and many more live paycheck to paycheck.
Yet we have the resources to feed, clothe and educate everyone on the planet. A world free of exploitation, socialism, is not only possible but worth fighting for. The ISO stands in the tradition of revolutionary socialist Karl Marx, V. I. Lenin, and Leon Trotsky, in the belief that workers themselves, the vast majority of the population, are the only force that can lead the fight to win a socialist society. Socialism can't be brought about from above.
It has to be won by the workers themselves," Glenn continued.
"I just want to, just want to point out here, it can't be won from above. It's really top down, bottom up, inside out.
The Democratic Party much like the Republican act in the interest of corporate America and the privileged few at the top. Therefore we don't support their candidates.
We see our task as building an independent socialist organization with members organizing in our workplaces, our schools, and our neighborhoods to bring socialist ideas to the struggles we're involved in today. The vision of a socialist world in the future."
Other groups involved in the sponsorship of these rallies are SEIU, the AFL CIO, moveon.org, ColorofChange.org, Democracy for America, Green for All, a Van Jones' group, the Daily Kos, Democrats.com, the Sierra Club, and Media Matters!
I believe for the most part that many American's are beginning to understand that our Republic is under attack.
The threat to our future is a clear example of the haves vs. the have not's.
The problem is the have not's are being led by a bunch of radicals that are grasping for power and domination.
People are easier to control when they have little or nothing.
If all of the foreign aid from the United States government, charities and private individuals were to suddenly stop, then
I believe the world's attitude about America would change and I mean quickly!
The rallies across the country that have been presented as an out cry from members of labor unions have been largely sponsored by strong, radical, leftist groups that do want change.
Is this the change that President Obama was talking about?
This is your call, but if you're really not concerned about it, God help us all!
May God Bless
