Both men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
Officers are attempting to locate an owner of the third ATV described as a blue Yamaha 660R, according to Deputy Bertram.
Anyone with information regarding the ATV should contact Deputy Bertram at the Russell County Sheriff's office at 270-343-2191. Assisting Bertram were Deputy Clete McAninch, Russell County Sheriff's Office, Lee Smith, Adair County Sheriff's Office, and Det. Stotts with the Kentucky State Police.
